We already covered the Season 10 Weapon Changes and discussed New Weapon in a separate article; check that out.
Here are the important Legend changes hitting Apex Legends with Season 10: Emergence.
New Legend Incoming: Seer
Players encountered in-game teasers for weeks until Respawn’s official reveal of New Legend Seer showed up. Later, the studio left more clues about Seer’s abilities in EA Play and the recent Gameplay Trailer. Here’s what we know about Seer’s abilities so far.
Passive (Heartseeker): Seer can discover the location of nearby enemies by sensing their heartbeat when he aims down sights.
Tactical (Focus of Attention): Seer releases micro-drones to mark the nearby enemies, reveal their health, and disrupt their activities. For instance, if the enemy is healing or reviving, they’ll have to do it from the start. And the enemies mark will stay active for 8 seconds; For Seer and his teammates.
Ultimate (Exhibit): Seer deploys his heart, which releases hundreds of micro-drones to cover the entire area with a sphere. Whoever in the sphere, Seer can track. If someones, moving fast in the sphere, Seer can see the footsteps. Crouch walking could possibly save you from Seer’s tracking. Enemies can destroy the sphere by shooting the heart at the middle, just like Horizon’s Black Hole.
Changes to other Legends
Revenant: Season 10 brings a new change to Revenant’s Ultimate. When the death protection (Shadow Form using Totem) is about to turn off, a sound effect is added to alert that player and anyone around that he is about to get back to normal form.
Horizon‘s movement on Gravity Lift is closer to pre-nerf but not a total revert.
Fuse’s Knuckle Cluster duration has been doubled, and his ultimate now highlights enemies caught inside the circle of fire.
Caustic’s gas damage has been finally increased. It will no longer stick at 5 damage. As long as the enemies stay in the gas cloud, the rate of damage increases (5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, and so on). And there is no max limit; it can damage till death if the enemy stays in the gas cloud for a long time.
