EA Inc. has announced that their new title Battlefield 2042, will be delayed until November. At first, the release date was supposed to be October 22nd, and now it is November 19. With this new date, it is obvious that EA is looking not to rush the game to be released. EA Inc. and DICE are looking to develop the game furthermore so that Battlefield 2042 game will not disappoint the fans.
A month back, we have got the required specifications to play the game. The technical playtest of the game has already started in August. In a press release by DICE GM, he mentions that this decision was taken in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The game’s scale is bigger, and they are hoping for their developers to return to the offices in October. Most of the employees have been working from home to develop this game and have overcome many hurdles. And now, as the situation is getting a little better, they would like to take a little extra time to develop Battlefield 2042 game to match their vision.

EA and DICE are sure that this game won’t be pushed furthermore. They would love to get the game out in the hands of the gamers within this year. Apart from the official release being postponed, the beta version of this game will be available later this month. There is a new game mode called Portal that lets users create custom games. To create these custom games, players can use the assets from Battlefield 2042, Battlefield 1942, Battlefield Bad Company 2, and Battlefield 3.
