Battlefield Mobile game appears on Google Play Store for pre-registration

The very first glimpse of EA’s Battlefield Mobile is revealed through the game screenshots, thanks to the Google Play Store listing. EA has announced its plans to release its Battlefield game to mobile devices earlier this year. And we can already see they are in good progress. The game is currently in the development phase by Industrial Toys and EA’s Dice studio partnering with the new team.

EA revealed more details about the game and answered more questioned through its community post. They also revealed the fact that play tests will begin this autumn in Indonesia and the Philippines.

“As we continue with testing, we’ll expand the size of these tests, add new regions. When we’re ready to go broader, we’ll launch a page that allows you to pre-register for the game and sign up for news about future play tests,” the EA community post reads.

Cross-Play, Cost, Game Modes and other details revealed

EA confirmed that there will be no cross-play between Battlefield Mobile and other PC/console versions of Battlefield games. The mobile version is completely different and standalone.

Battlefield Mobile is a free-to-play game. However, the company gets your bucks through cosmetics and battle passes.

The game will include the Grand Bazaar map and the Conquest game mode during the play tests. It will soon add more game modes and maps after launch.

There is no official release date for the game yet but Battlefield Mobile will release on Android devices in 2022.
