Meta has had its annual Quest gaming showcase for a second year. The Meta annual Quest Gaming Showcase 20222 has got some exciting games coming to the Metaverse. They include the most famous version of the games in VR format.
Let’s look at the biggest game announcements coming to the Meta Quest:
Ghostbusters VR:
Coming from Sony Pictures Virtual Reality Games and nGames is one of the famous game coming for the Quest 2. There has been only a cinematic trailer about the game as the game is still in development under a working title. According to the trailer players will be running their own Ghostbusters HQ in San Francisco.
Resident Evil 4:
Resident Evil 4: The Mercenaries made is now available to play on the Oculus Quest 2. The Mercenaries mode will be a free upgrade to anyone who has purchased or is purchasing Resident Evil 4 on the Oculus Store. This is a time-based mode that will also have online leader board, 20 new challenges, and some new unlocks.
Among US VR:
One of the most famous games Among US is coming to VR. InnerSloth, Robot Teddy, and Schell Games are bringing the game to VR by the end of 2022. The team also released the trailer of how the game will be adapted to the VR.
Bonelab:
Coming from the studio of Boneworks a PC VR-exclusive that pushed the limits of realistic weapons handling and combat. Bonelab will be a Quest and PC VR title that can be played in both the platforms. Bonelab will be having a new story line, maps, weapons, and new avatars to play on.
NFL Pro Era:
The first VR football game to come to the world of Meta with an official license from NFL. The game NFL Pro Era will be an in-person VR game that consists of season mode. You can build up a team and go to Super Bowl, play in drills. The game is still under development and will be out in fall of this year. The game is not an exclusive to Quest it will also be available for PSVR.
