Niantic has updated all the events lined up for April 2022 in Pokemon GO. Pokemon GO April 2022 will have a colossal kick-off with the April Fools’ 2-Oh?-22 event. Niantic brings back Therian Forme Thundurus to Pokemon GO and also brings Tapu Bulu Raids to the game in the second half of the month. Not only that, a lot of featured Pokémon, Researches, Events, and other bonuses are waiting. So for you to get things ready, here’s everything you need to know.
April Research Breakthrough encounters
From April 1 to May 1, you will encounter Alolan Marowak in Research Breakthrough encounters for the entire month.
Weekly Bundles
Every Monday throughout April, a one-time purchase bundle will be available in the shop for 1 PokéCoin. It contains a Remote Raid Pass and other items.
Legendary Pokémon Raids
Niantic brings back Therian Forme Thundurus to Pokemon GO. In addition, Tapu Bulu will make its Pokemon GO debut later this month.

- Tapu Bulu: April 12 – 26
- Therian Forme Landorus: April 26 – May 3
Every Wednesday in April, a Raid Hour event will occur from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM [local time]. The following Legendary Pokémon will take more gyms during the Raid Hour on that day.
