Niantic is already loading up the entire Pokémon GO game with Bidoofs, and they say more Bidoof are incoming. On Pokemon GO Bidoof Day, you’ll get to see lots and lots of Bidoofs taking all over the game. They’ll appear almost everywhere, including five-star raids. Yes, we’re as puzzled as you are now; they are literally taking Legendary Raids. In addition, there are few things that take place on the event day. So for you to get things ready, here’s everything you need to know.

Thursday, July 1, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM [local time].
More Bidoof incoming
The rate of Bidoof appearance in the game is already huge. Niantic claims that it will increase even more on Pokemon GO Bidoof Day. Bidoof will appear in the wild at an incredibly high rate. Bidoof will also be the only Pokémon you fight in one-star, three-star, and even five-star Raid Battles during the event.
Team GO Rocket Grunts will have Shadow Bidoof on their teams more often. The other features that are available throughout the Bidoof Breakout event will remain the same on Bidoof Day.
If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny Bidoof ✨.
Bidoof Moves [Event-exclusive]
If you catch Bidoof during the Bidoof Day event, it’ll know the event-exclusive charged attack SuperPower.
You can use a Charged TM to teach Bidoof Ice Beam, Shadow Ball, or Thunderbolt during the event. After the event, you’ll be able to use an Elite Charged TM to teach Bidoof Ice Beam, Shadow Ball, Superpower, or Thunderbolt.
Bonuses
In addition, catch any Pokémon during the event to earn four times the XP (4x Catch XP).
The Bidoof Cup will be available in the GO Battle League on Bidoof Day. And only Bidoof will be eligible in this cup, and teams of only Bidoof will be allowed.
