Niantic is to celebrate the holidays with a two-part Pokemon GO event. Holidays 2021 Part-1 and Part-2 features several Pokemon with holiday costumes. Kyurem is coming back to conquer the gym for five-star raids. And the most anticipated Pokemon Bergmite is making its Pokemon GO debut. I’m dividing the article into two parts, and in this article, let’s talk about Pokémon GO Holidays 2021 Part 2. Event-themed Pokémon, Raids, Bonuses, and a lot more are coming. Pokémon GO Holidays 2021 Event (Part 2)

Bergmite is making its first time appearance in Pokemon GO. In addition, the following Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild during the event:

Collection Challenge
In celebration of Holidays 2021, Niantic brings a new Collection Challenge that focuses on trading with your friends. The Collection Challenge will be live from December 25 to 31 and Trainers need to trade for the following Pokémon to complete this challenge.

- Snorunt
- Spheal (Doesn’t need to be costumed)
- Snover
- Vanillite
- Cubchoo (Doesn’t need to be costumed)
Complete the challenge to encounter Galarian Mr. Mime.
Field Research Task Encounters
In addition to holiday-themed Pokémon encounters, themed Field Research Tasks are also available. Completing them will reward you the encounters with some of the event-themed Pokémon listed below:
- Pikachu wearing a holiday hat
- Stantler Holiday-themed
- Spheal Holiday-themed
- Cubchoo Holiday-themed
- Alolan Sandshrew
- Swinub
- Galarian Darumaka Rare
- Delibird Holiday-themed (Only on Dec 25 and 26)
Other Bonuses
- Get an Egg Incubator for spinning your first PokéStop each day.
- Trade distance will be increased to 40 km on December 25 and 26.
- During the event, trainers can open up to 45 Gifts per day and hold up to 40 Gifts in their Item Bag.
- Team GO Rocket Grunts will have more Water- and Ice-type Pokémon during the event.
- In addition, the Mega Abomasnow will have the CP boost in the event time frame.
