As Trainers all around the world completed the global challenges successfully during the Pokémon GO Fest 2021, Niantic wants to reward the players with three serial Ultra Unlock events. And here were are talking about the second one, Pokémon GO Ultra Unlock Part 2: Space. It is a space-themed event that features a lot of Pokemon, Egg Hatches, and Palkia Raids. So for you to get things ready, here’s everything you need to know.
Date + Time
Friday, August 6, 2021, at 10:00 AM to Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at 8:00 PM [local time].
Featured Pokémon
The following Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild during the event:
- Clefairy
- Munna
- Red-Striped and Blue-Striped Basculin
- Elgyem
- Heatmor
- Durant
Raids
The following Pokémon will occupy raids in the event time frame and afterward till August 20, 10 AM:
- One-star Raids
- Unown U
- West Sea and East Sea Shellos
- Elgyem
- Espur
- Three-star Raids
- Alakazam
- Kangaskhan
- Heracross
- Five-star / Legendary Raids
- Palkia
If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny Unown U ✨ from one-star raids, a Shiny Kangaskhan ✨, or a Shiny Heracross ✨.
Finally, the Water/Dragon-type Legendary Pokemon Palkia is returning to the raids. A better chance to battle and catch a Shiny Palkia✨.
Egg Hatches
The following Pokémon will be hatching from 7 km Eggs that are collected during the event:
- West Sea and East Sea Shellos
- Red-Striped and Blue-Striped Basculin
- Heatmor
- Durant
Other Bonuses
In addition, Timed Research tasks will be available in Today’s section throughout the event time frame. Completing them will get you to encounter some event-themed Pokémon.
