The new PS5 is about to be launched in the coming month of November. Meanwhile, there was a lot of news, rumors, and features of them being revealed. Earlier in India, it had some issues regarding Trademark to sell. The company finally got that issue resolved and is ready to launch on the date promised. Ever since Sony has announced the new PlayStation 5 there was a lot of hype on this next-gen console. A few days back we had a look into the new UI/UX of the PS5 and now we are going to talk about the controller. The new controller of the PS5 is known as DualSense Controller.

The DualSense Controller:

The DualSense Controller looks similar in terms of design to the previous version of their controller. For the last 2 days, Twitter was overwhelmed with reports and videos from reviewers about the controller having support for Android phones. One of the Youtuber Austin Evans has posted a video of unboxing the controller. Evans in the video has connected the controller to Google Pixel 5 and has played a game in the Xbox live cloud gaming. The controller connects via Bluetooth to the smartphone. You can have a look into it here.

Evans in the video tries to connect the controller with the brand new Xbox Series X and even the PS4. Guess what it didn’t work as expected. But the controller works fully functional when connected to the android phone. This looks interesting as cloud gaming is coming into works after the trials. The controller also has inbuilt mics for voice transmission while playing multiplayer games. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack to connect to the headphones.

Charging Station:

Sony has also a charging station for the controllers which can charge 2 controllers at once. Sony claims that it charges at the same speed as the type-c port. The charging station has two docks where you can place the controller which has special pins for the dock charging. It comes in two colors White and Black.

Price:

Now coming to the most important part pricing the DualSense Controller for PS5 is available at $69.99 USD and Rs.5,990 in India. The charging station is available at $29.99 USD and Rs. 2,590 in India.

The Sony PlayStation5 will be available at $499.99 and the Digital Edition at $399.99 in the USA from November 12. In India, PS5 will be available at Rs. 49,990 and the Digital Edition at Rs. 39,990 from November 19.
