Since the official announcement from the developers of PUBG regarding their return to India there has been a lot of buzz going on. There were even some questions on what will be the size of the game, will this be different from the global version, will the players have their old ids, and so on. To get these answers we should actually wait for the official announcement or release of the game. In midst of all this PUBG has another good news to share with its fans regarding their registration as PUBG Mobile India Pvt. Ltd.

The announcement of their successful registration has been mentioned in a post by Talkesport. According to the tweet location of the company will be Karnataka and most probably Bangalore. The incorporation date is also present on the picture as 21/11/2020. This means that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has no problem with the game relaunching in India. The company did have to stop working with Tencent games who previously hosted the game in India.

The PUBG Mobile India Private Limited will be a subsidiary private company to Krafton. According to Talkesport, the company has an authorized capital of Rs. 15,00,000 and paid-up capital of Rs. 5,00,000. The game will be like the original version with some changes keeping local interests in mind. It was no doubt that PUBG was going to come back to India as it has the highest market in the country.

Krafton after ending their tie-up with Tencent games looked for alternatives to host the servers. They found a way by doing a partnership with the Azure Cloud to host the game. By hosting through the Azure Cloud it can store the data in India and can have audits going on every day to keep the data safe.

A few days back some of the users even have got an apk link to download the game. After a few minutes, the link and the app icon also was deleted from the official web page. This also hints the launch of the game is just some weeks away.
