Xbox announces Gamescom 2021

Xbox has confirmed that it will host Gamescom 2021 stream on August 24. And it will show off upcoming games and new looks. It’ll be an all-digital event again, just like last year, due to the ongoing COVID_19 pandemic. This time we should expect news about updates on previous titles along with some upcoming games.

The Xbox Gamescom 2021 will begin at 10AM PT / 1PM ET / 6PM BST / 7PM CEST / 10:30PM IST on August 24. And you can stream it on YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, and Facebook.

Xbox officially announced Gamescom 2021 in a blog post. It says the show will include “in-depth updates from some of our previously announced Xbox Game Studios titles alongside some of our third-party partners, including some of the incredible titles coming to Xbox this holiday, upcoming releases to our monthly subscription service, Xbox Game Pass, and much more.”

In addition, Xbox teased that Gamescom: Opening Night Live on August 25 will feature some of its games during the Geoff Keighley-hosted show.

Xbox also said that it will hold a digital Xbox FanFest during Gamescom. To celebrate Gamescom 2021, Microsoft will run a sale through Gamescom (from August 25-27), offering up to 75% off on selected digital Xbox titles.
