The ultimate gaming phone from Asus is now launched. It is the ROG 5 series with some impressive specs. We all know how Asus puts in all the highest level of hardware available in the ROG phones. This time also they did the same thing. They have brought us 18GB of RAM in their highest version of the phone. They also have some more exciting features to the phone.
Most phones have a unique style in their design or maybe inspiration from other brands. This phone stands out in its design. The phones are usually bulky and heavy for the bigger battery and features. They have three versions of the phones a normal, pro, and ultimate. Ultimate being the highest specs of the ROG 5 series or maybe on any Android smartphone ever.
Design:
The design of the ROG Phone 5 is quite simple and looks familiar to ROG Phone 3. It still has the RGB Asus ROG logo on the back. It has a triple camera setup, not the greatest and not the worst. I know that we should not talk about the camera in a gaming phone, but still, nowadays, the camera is essential in a smartphone.
The ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has got a unique design. The phone has got a secondary display on the back. The display is just black and white but has got a lot of customizations. You can have custom images or text of your wish that can display on the back.

All the ROG phone 5 have the same display in them. They have an AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate with a touch sampling rate of 300Hz built by Samsung. The display has protection from the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The display size is 6.78-inch and isn’t edge to the edge has some gap on top and the bottom. The gap is given keeping in mind for the gamers as they will be holding the phone to play the game.

The three phones’ camera setup is the same as having a Sony IMX686 sensor as the primary camera. The main camera is 64MP; the secondary camera is an ultrawide camera with 13MP having a view of 129°. The third camera is the macro camera with a 5MP sensor. The Front camera is a 24MP sensor.

ROG phone 5 ultimate will be having a massive 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The RAM in the phone series starts from 8GB LPDDR5, which goes up to 18GB LPDDR5 in the ultimate version. The phone has 5G support for both the sims. The phone is powered by a massive 6000mAh battery which supports quick charge 5.0 and PD charging. ROG Phone 5 series comes with a 65W fast charger in the box(Yes, in the Box). The phones weigh 238 grams that are light heavy than regular phones.

ASUS ROG Phone 5 comes with 8GB of RAM + 128GB storage at Rs. 49,999. Another version of the ASUS ROG Phone 5 comes with 12GB of RAM + 256GB of storage at Rs. 57,999. ASUS ROG Phone 5 Pro comes in one variant with 16GB of RAM + 512GB of storage for Rs. 69,999. The ASUS ROG Phone 5 Ultimate comes at Rs. 79,999 having 18GB of RAM + 512GB of storage.
ASUS ROG Phone 5 comes in two color variants of Phantom Black and Strom White. The pro model comes in one color option of Phantom Black. The Ultimate version comes in a Strom White in a matte finish.
