Samsung might be the next company to have a partnership for its Camera after OnePlus, the Korean Smartphone manufacturer, is looking to collab with an established camera company. We might see this collaboration in the next-gen Galaxy smartphones(maybe S22 Ultra). There is no official announcement or confirmation about this collaboration. Olympus is a Japanese company that makes premium range cameras. Recently the Japanese company had talks with the Korean tech giant to offer expertise in key areas of photography and videography.
The information is all just in rumors, and a tipster has Tweeted about it. He said that Samsung might be the next company to jump into the wagon of partnering with a reputable camera brand for smartphones. After this, an article from Tomsguide confirmed from tipster ice universe and FrontTron that Samsung is partnering with Olympus. This partnership could allow Samsung to improve its camera quality. It doesn’t mean that Samsung lacks in the Camera segment over time; it has improved a lot in the camera segment. This partnership might even give them the boost to achieve another level of photography from their smartphones.
However, there is no official confirmation from either of the companies, so we should consider this info as a pinch of salt. This collaboration of Smartphones with the camera brands is not something new. Recently we have seen OnePlus and Vivo doing the same to improve their camera performance. Among those, Vivo has the equation of partnering with a reputed camera company to improve its camera performance. OnePlus, on the other hand, has built a lot of hype for the partnership and hasn’t got to up to the mark.
