Samsung Unpacked event 2022 is almost around the corner in February. The unpacked event will unveil the Samsung Galaxy S22 series and Galaxy Tab S8 series. Before this, we have some leaks and rumored specifications about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. Without further due, let’s get into the specifications.
Android Tablet market is probably less competitive, with only a few companies having Tabs. Samsung is the only company almost giving direct competition to Apple iPad with its features. Last year’s Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 was a massive success for the company and has turned many eyes towards it. Because of that, many will be interested in looking at the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. We have leaked images and specifications from some tipsters and FCC listings.
As usual, we will have two models at launch Galaxy Tab S8+ and Galaxy Tab S8. We might also get an Ultra model in the Tab S8 series for the first time. The main fundamental difference between the three models is the screen size, display quality, and battery size. Apart from that, all three models will have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor inside. All three will have support for the 120Hz adaptive display technology.
The regular Galaxy Tab S8 will have an 11-inch LTPS TFT display, Tab S8+ will have a 12.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, and Tab S8 Ultra 14.6-inch Super AMOLED display. It is also rumored that the Tab S8 Ultra might also get a notch, just like the latest Apple MacBook Pro. The camera setup on the three tabs will be similar with a 13MP primary camera, 6 MP ultrawide camera at the back, and a 12MP front-facing camera.
Rest all the features are similar to the previous Galaxy Tab S7 series. They support the S-Pen, Handwriting recognization, Air Gestures, Kids Mode, Wireless DeX, and more. Coming to the pricing, the Galaxy Tab S8 might be priced at 680 to 900 Euros, Tab S8+ might be 880 to 1,100 Euros, and Ultra Model to cost around 1,040 to 1,200 Euros.
