Samsung S20 FE 5G is finally ready to launch in India. Samsung has officially announced through Twitter and has a portal open with notify button. This registration page will give you a notification when the phone is available for purchase. According to the tweet, the phone should be available today, March 30th, but still, the website says notify me. Samsung has launched the S20 FE in September 2020 with 4G and 5G compatibility in the US. But in India, only the 4G variant has been released that comes with the Exynos processor.
Now Samsung is bringing the 5G variant after 6 months to India, and the good news is it will have the Snapdragon processor. After the Samsung S10 lite, this will be the next phone to come with the Snapdragon processor in India. Samsung didn’t mention the phone’s pricing when converted from the US launch price; it might be near to Rs. 51,400. Samsung S20 FE 5G variant comes with the Snapdragon 865 chipset. Dual sim support and comes with Andriod 11 out of the box. It has a 6.5-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will have 8GB RAM and 128GB storage that can expandable to 1TB.
The camera setup is a triple camera with a 12MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 wide-angle lens. The secondary camera is a 12MP ultrawide angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 128-degree FoV. The third camera is an 8MP telephoto lens that can zoom up to 30X. The front camera is a 32MP with an f/2.0 lens and also has auto-focus support. The phone has a battery of 4,500mAh that supports 15W fast wired and wireless charging.
