Have you ever been in a situation where you wanted to share a short video clip of a Movie or TV Show you are watching? Then you forget the time where that particular scene was or end up showing the full movie or episode. Don’t worry now Amazon has got you all covered up. Amazon Prime Video will now let you share a video clip from the Movies or TV Shows you are watching.
This feature at present is limited to only some of the Amazon Original Series on iPhone or iPad. The region of this feature availability is also only in the US. You can share this video clip with any of your social media accounts. While watching any of the Amazon Original you will get to see a button on the right side bottom. This button says “Share a clip” after pressing the button it will pause the video you are watching and cut a 30 seconds video from the video you are watching. You can now edit the part of the clip that you would like to share with your friends by moving forward or backward.
Amazon says you can only share clips from The Wilds, Invincible, Fairfax, and season one of The Boys. The company promises to add more Original Content to this feature. According to the article on TheVerge, this feature is only available to devices having an iOS and Prime Video Application of version 8.41 or later.
Amazon is silent about the expansion of this feature to other parts of the world or to Android users.
