It is the day most have been waiting the Disney Plus day or the D+ day where we get to see all the announcements. Well, Marvel has got us with a bunch of updates on its future projects. The special that we have been mentioning from Marvel shows some first looks at their upcoming projects. There was no date announced for any of the first looks. Here are all the Marvel announcements from the Disney Plus Day (D+ Day).
Moon Knight:
The first footage of this upcoming series starring Oscar Isac can be seen as Marc Spector. He will be playing as the Moon Knight superhero who is fighting with multiple personalities and amoral inclinations. We didn’t get to see his superpowers or his costume in the 30 seconds first look. She-Hulk:
This series has been in rumors for a long time and finally, we get to see the first look. Tatiana Maslany has played the role of Jennifer Walters a lawyer who specializes in superhuman-oriented legal cases. We get to see the back of the green skin hulk in the first look. The series will be coming soon in the year 2022 as per Marvel with no date fixed. You can watch the first look here.
Ms. Marvel:
Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel a 16-year-old Pakistani American superhero gets the first look. Iman Vellani has played the role of Kamala Khan in the Marvel Disney Original Series. This series will be coming in the summer of 2022. Here is the first look.
I am Groot:
The most loved alien character in the Guardians of the Galaxy series is definitely Groot. The tree alien will be getting an animated series following the baby Groot all up to the days growing.
What If…? Season 2:
The animated series that showed multiple universes of different possibilities What If…? gets an announcement for Season 2. After defeating the Infinity Ultron, The Watcher comes back with more universes of new superheroes in Marvel’s expanding multiverse.
Echo:
This series will be based on the character that will be introduced in the series Hawkeye. Even before the series is out we get another series based on the character Maya Lopez starring Alaqua Cox.
X-MEN ‘97’:
This animated series will be arriving in the year 2023 that explores the iconic 90s timeline of original stories of X-men.
Spider-Man: Freshman Year:
We will be getting to see a new Peter Parker that will become SpiderMan in the MCU universe. This will be based on the early comic book roots of characterization.
Iron Heart:
After Iron Man leaves the MCU his shoes need to be filled by someone who is intelligent like him. That’s where Riri Williams comes into action a genius that has invented the most advanced suit of armor. Dominique Thorne will be playing the role of Riri Williams.
Agatha: House of Harkness:
The Witch is back with some magic tricks. Agatha is a villain that is shown in the WandaVision series as a Witch. This series will have Kathryn Hahn playing her role with the back story to know more about the Witch.
Marvel Zombies:
In the What If…? series we got to see how the super fought in an episode against the zombies. This new animated series will feature new superheroes fighting against the ever-spreading zombie scourge.
Secret Invasion:
This series is about Nick Fury and Skrull Talos who first met in the movie Captian Marvel. This shows the first look at Nick Fury without the patch. The comic series will show how the shapeshifting Skrulls have been able to collect all the secret information from the earth for years.
Apart from that we also got announcements for Loki Season 2, The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, and Armour Wars. You can watch the Marvel Special on the occasion of Disney Day (D+ Day) on Disney Plus.
