Marvel Eternals is getting ready to stream on Disney Plus from January. The movie was released on November 3rd worldwide. It has been almost two months since the film was released in theaters. Eternals will be available in IMAX’s format as all other Marvel movies.
Disney Plus launched the IMAX enhanced aspect ratio to most Marvel movies last month. Now Eternals will also be joining that format in Disney Plus streaming app. Before Disney officially announced the film’s release date on Disney Plus, there were rumors as January 12th.
As per the rumors, Disney Plus announced that Marvel Eternals would stream from January 12th. Disney Plus is making sure that it has a Marvel Movie or series present every month. In 2021 only the month of May didn’t get any significant Marvel release. After the current Marvel Hawk Eye that will end by December, January will have the Eternals movie.

Disney plans to release movies on its streaming platform at least 45 days after theatrical release. Unlike HBO Max, which releases movies simultaneously on both its Streaming platform and in Theaters. Disney did try that way by removing Black Widow but had to face a lawsuit by Scarlett Johanson. Since then, Disney promised to release a significant movie at least 45 days after its theatrical release.
In February, we might get to see Spider-Man: No Way Home as a major release for that month. Following Spider-Man: No Way Home, many other Marvel series and movies are coming soon. It is also a point to note that nowadays, movies take very little time to reach the streaming platform rather than months after release.
