Marvel has got another film to hit the big screen this fall with the first Asian superhero. Shang-Chi and the Legend of ten rings have got their first theatrical trailer showing some high-flying martial arts. The film introduces the Shang-Chi(Simu Liu), known for his preeminent master of martial arts in Marvel Comics. This movie will be coming to the theatres after the Black Widow, which is delayed due to the pandemic.

The trailer introduces Shang-Chi as he faces off against the ten rings organization and its true leader. The Ten Rings have been lurking in the background for entirely MCU films starting from Iron Man in 2008. But Shang-Chi will reveal the actual group of Ten Rings.

Shang-Chi wasn’t the first martial arts movie back in 2017. Marvel has a web series Iron Fist with only 2 seasons. The show has been called off due to various reasons. It has lacked fight scenes, a frustrating white saviour narrative. All these will be with a bigger budget, and a tighter time may be included.

The trailer comes after the lead role actor Simu Liu on Twitter has posted the title poster of the film. The poster has the superhero costume of the Shing-Chi that doesn’t appear in the theatrical trailer. The movie Shing-Chi and the legend of Ten Rings will be coming to the theatres on September 3rd. Unlike the Black Widow, this movie will be a theatre only release. The film trailer shows many actions scenes, and let’s hope to make sure they don’t disappoint us.

The latest shows from the Marvel Cinematic Universe were the WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. You can watch these from Disney plus Hotstar.
