One of the upcoming movies from Marvel is Spider-Man: No Way Home. This movie might be the last movie in the Homecoming trilogy. Tom Holand who plays the character Peter Parker a.k.a Spider-Man in an interview said No Way Home is an End of a Franchise. In an interview with EW, he mentions that if there is another Spider-Man movie coming that would be completely different.
This means that there are currently no plans of having another solo Spider-Man movie after No Way Home. If there happens to be another movie that might be completely different from the Homecoming trilogy. In his words “We would give it some time and try to build something different and tonally change the films. Whether that happens or not, I don’t know. But we were definitely treating [No Way Home] like it was coming to an end, and it felt like it.”
If you reckon the past there is no actor who did more than three solo Spider-Man movies. The same seems with Tom Holand as he says he would be lucky to be in works with Marvel for another Spider-Man solo movie. Besides the Spider-Man Homecoming trilogy, he also starred in Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: End game.
Spider-Man: No Way Home will be in theatres from December 17th. The movie even before the release has got a record for the highest number of views on YouTube for the trailer in 24 hours of time. The movie will also have a Doc Ock from Spider-Man 2. Well, there is another Marvel character that might show up in the movie apart from Doctor Strange.
