The South Korean survival drama has now officially reached 111 million views, making it the biggest series launch by Netflix. Last week the co-CEO of Netflix mentioned that Squid Game is already on track to become the biggest launch ever.
These counts from Netflix is done when any account watches at least 2 minutes of a series within 28 days. The previous record for the highest views was Bridgeton: Season 1 with 82 million and still counting. Other top ten series from Netflix are The Witcher, Tiger King, Stranger Things, and more. The success of the Squid Game took a long time to achieve.
