Netflix shared a new teaser for The Witcher Season 2 during the final day of Geeked Week. It’s the first look that focuses on the character Ciri, played by Freya Allan.
The teaser is too short, but we get to see Ciri, the princess of Cintra, in a very stunning new look. She doesn’t seem like an ethereal princess anymore; she got armor and trained by the witcher. Check it out below:

Season 2 of The Witcher will pick up with Geralt convincing Yennefer’s life was lost at the Battle of Sodden and bringing Princess Cirilla to his childhood home of Kaer Morhen, the safest place he knows. He must protect the girl from something far more dangerous: the mysterious power she possesses within her while the Continent’s kings, elves, humans, and demons strive for supremacy outside the walls.
The Witcher Season 2 shooting had wrapped up and is in post-production now. It took them more than a year to complete the production due to the pandemic situation. However, we get The Witcher Season 2 Teaser now just ahead of its release on Netflix later this year.
The show casts Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia, Anya Chalotra as Yennefer, Eamon Farren as Cahir, and Joey Batey as Jaskier. It also announced new cast additions for season 2, including Chris Ulton (Bridgerton) in the role of Rience. He is the major antagonist in the witcher book series by Andrzej Sapkowski, which the series is based on.
