Amazon has officially announced the dates for its highly anticipated Amazon Prime Day 2023 sale in India. The two-day online shopping extravaganza will commence on July 15, offering exclusive deals and offers to Prime members. With the promise of exciting discounts, the e-commerce giant plans to showcase hundreds of products, including mobile phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, earbuds, and smart TVs, among others.
Notably, Amazon has partnered with ICICI Bank and SBI to offer 10 percent savings on payments made through their respective credit cards. This move aims to further incentivize customers to make purchases during the sale period.
The sale event, spanning 48 hours, will feature more than 45,000 new product launches from over 400 Indian and global brands. Renowned names such as OnePlus, iQoo, Realme, Samsung, Motorola, boAt, and Sony are among the confirmed participants, ensuring a diverse range of offerings for shoppers.
In a bid to support small and medium businesses (SMBs), Amazon will also introduce over 1,500 new products from 110 SMBs, including Divine Feather, Pastel Homes, Macca, and Never Lose. These products will span various categories, ranging from electronics and fashion to grooming, jewelry, and handmade goods.
Smart speakers, smart displays, and Fire TV products are set to receive significant discounts of up to 55 percent during the sale. Customers can also anticipate attractive offers on Amazon Echo devices, Fire TV, and Kindle devices.
To further enhance the shopping experience, Amazon promises same-day or next-day delivery for products ordered from 25 major cities in India during the Prime Day sale.
Participation in the sale is exclusive to Amazon Prime members. The membership, priced at Rs. 1,499 per year or Rs. 179 per month, grants subscribers a multitude of benefits, including free fast delivery on eligible items, unlimited streaming of the latest TV shows and movies, and exclusive access to lightning deals.
