Creators can have special sessions for the super followers

Twitter Super Followers

Twitter, on September 1st, has announced a new feature to generate revenue for the creators. Twitter calls this feature Super Follows that lets you generate monthly revenue. Twitter has been concentrating more ways to monetize its platform so that creators can generate revenue from it. This year itself, we have introduced Tip Jar and Ticketed Spaces.

Twitter in a blog mentions the features in Super Follows. This content will only be visible to the super follow members who have to subscribe to premium content. These types of conversations will let creators engage with the most engaged followers and still earn money. To become a member of Super Follows, you need to choose a subscription package. The subscription starts from $2.99, $4.99, or $9.99 a month to view their behind-the-scenes content.

For the creators, this feature is still not out to the entire world now. The feature is limited to a small group in the US and Canada that have applied for Super Follows. Others can also apply but will be on the waiting list to set up the Super Follow request. To qualify for Super Follows, users need to have a minimum of 10K followers and should be at least 18 years old. Apart from this, Twitter also checks for the number of tweets in the past 30 days, and more Super Follows policies.

Twitter Super Follows is currently limited to US and Canadian iOS users. So if you are an iOS user living in the US or Canada, you can go to any of the applied Super Follow creators and Super Follow them. As soon as you press the Super Follow, you will have a list of available pricing to select, and you can make the in-app payment.

After Super Following someone, you will be able to view the special content. You can wish to cancel the subscription anytime you want in the App Store settings for iOS. To create the content for the Super Follows, the user should only have an iOS device, and the viewer can have iOS or Android. Twitter is planning to push this feature to iOS users in other parts of the world in the coming weeks.
