This will be really helpful for the brandpartnerships

We don’t need much introduction about what I mean by co-author for a Tweet. For those not aware this is a feature that is already available on Instagram. This feature will let you tag a person in your Tweet as a co-author or a partner for the Tweet. Twitter has been testing this feature for a long time and was found mobile application developer recently.

This feature helps brands “collab” with famous influencers to promote their products or news about their products. The co-author feature for Twitter has been under testing from December 2021. Alessandro Paluzzi is the mobile developer that shared references about the feature that Twitter has been working on. Since then he has been posting some news about this feature. But now recently he shared how a dialog box of a Tweet with co-author would look like.

There are many scenarios where this co-author feature would be handy. Some of the situations might be from collaborations or partnerships, campaigns, or even to give credit for a particular information. The co-author feature will be available to only some people at first and then roll out to everyone. Twitter will let you invite any public accounts that follows you to be part of the co-author Tweet feature. The other person who does want to be part should also accept the invitation.

The Tweet will be having both the author’s avatar on the top left. There is no official word or statement about this feature. Since Instagram already has this feature which is also a competitor to Twitter, this might make Twitter to introduce this feature.

So that’s been it. Thank you for reading, and do share the article if you get a bit of information. Also, keep an eye on this space for more relevant updates. Stay safe, and we hope to see you around.
