ChatGPT is a name that has been in the news now and then for the past month. The free-to-use AI chatbot Tool has become the talk of the town from nowhere. Now using its name, someone has made an app in the AppStore that also charges a subscription fee for using it without any ads. And the app is now in the Top 5 apps in the productivity section of the AppStore.

For all those who are not aware of ChatGPT, let’s take a quick look at it. ChatGPT is a free-for-all AI chatbot tool that anyone with an OpenAI account use. It is an AI tool that can chat with you like a human or give answers to your questions. The coolest part is it can even provide solutions to some of your problems, like solving Maths problems and even writing code for you.

Now using the popularity of the name, some developers have made an app with the name “ChatGPT Chat GPT AI With GPT-3. OpenAI has used GPT-3 which is Generative Pre-trained Transformer 3, and this app doesn’t seem to have affiliations or tie-ups with GPT-3 or the developers of ChatGPT. The app currently charges $7.99 weekly and $49.99 for an annual subscription. If you observe the description of the application in AppStore, you will also find that they have mentioned that it is an unofficial version of the web-based ChatGPT.

Due to its craze or demand nowadays, even though it is not an official version, it managed to be in the Top 1 app in more than 100 countries. The app has also managed to pass Apple’s Store review process multiple times since its launch.
