Elon Musk buys Twitter this saga that we all thought would never not be ending so soon have got an end to the story. Twitter has finally accepted the offer from Elon Musk to hand over the company to him. Elon Musk has been trying to buy Twitter so that we can have the right of Free Speech.

Musk is ready to make Twitter the digital town square. After his offering of $44 billion the members of the board of Twitter have introduced “poison pill” to counter his offer to taking over Twitter. But it seems even after that they have decided to accept the offer from Elon Musk. Musk’s price of $54.20 per share in cash will be given to each of the share that has been closed upon the transaction. That is 33% higher price than the last trading day that was on April 1st, the day when Elon Musk has disclosed the highest stake holder of Twitter.

After the news about Elon Musk taking over Twitter as a sole owner the CEO of Twitter announced that there will be no layoffs planned. But even after that many people that are part of Twitter are in a confusion as the official statement from Musk is still pending. As the sole owner of Twitter Musk wants to bring free speech to Twitter as that was his primary goal.
