Motorola enters Smart TVs and Home Appliances segment

Motorola is known for its place in the smartphone segment. It does everything from affordable to flagship range. Competition is high and that led the company to have fewer sales and poor market share. It is now expanding to other segments. With the Flipkart partnership, Motorola entering the Smart TVs and Home Appliances segment. It launched its first-ever smart TVs, refrigerators, air-conditioners, and washing machines. Let’s talk.

Motorola Smart TVs

Motorola launched its smart TVs in two series such as “revou” and “ZX2”. The revou series include a 55-inch and 43-inch 4K TVs. And the ZX2 series include 40-inch and 32-inch Full HD (1080p) TVs. These claimed as the world’s first smart TVs powered by Android 10. These TVs support HDR10, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, DTS digital sound, and Dual-band WiFi. They support all the OTT apps and can download from the Google Play store. The Mediatek processors are in-built with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. All of them do have 60Hz display panels. The revou series has 50W speaker output whereas ZX2 has 40W.

In the revou series, the 55-inch one costs INR 40,999, and the 43-inch model costs INR 30,999. In the ZX2 series, the 40-inch costs INR 19,999, and the 32-inch costs INR 13,999. Visit the Flipkart Motorola sale page to view more details.

Also Launched

Motorola also launched air conditioners, refrigerators, and even washing machines. They’ve introduced one thing in common for all the devices, the TruWiFi. Moreover, some IoT stuff going on here. TruWiFi is kind of like a smart home thing. It is useful to connect all the appliances from your smartphone. But with more featured options like notifications that ping you when the job is done or an error occurred. We love smart things and a good job moto, for making it affordable.
