Nokia launches its first Android tablet in India

Nokia has launched its very own brand Android tablets in India on Monday. This will be the first tablet after Nokia N1 that was launched back in 2014. The new Nokia T20 (Not sure why that name states at numeric 20) Andriod Tablet will be an affordable tablet from the company. This will not be competing with the Samsung and Apple tablets.

Like all other tablets, we have the option to choose between a WiFi only or WiFi + cellular Nokia T20. Though you get the option of the connection model you have only one color option that is Deep Ocean. The Nokia T20 is available to buy only through their official site and not on Flipkart. You can also find the Nokia T20 tablet from offline stores also.

The screen of the Nokia T20 is a 10.4-inch 2K IPS LCD panel with a normal refresh rate of 60 Hz. The peak brightness of the display is 400 nits but you can tweak the maximum brightness with software. Under the hood, you have a Unisoc T610 processor and a battery of 8,200 mAh. The Nokia tablet also has an expandable microSD slot that can expand up to 512 GB. The 8,200 mAh battery will be charged by an 18W fast charger that comes in the box.

For the part of the cameras, it has a 5MP front camera and an 8MP back camera. The Nokia T20 tablet comes with Android 11 out of the box and HMD Global promises 2 years of major updates and 3 years of security updates. The tablet comes with Google Kids Space and Google Entertainment pre-installed.
