Nothing, the consumer electronics company founded by former OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, has announced that it will launch its new earbuds, the Ear (2), on March 22. The company made the announcement through Twitter and email, and it seems like there will be some type of broadcast on that date to reveal the product.
It’s unclear whether the broadcast will be a trailer for the product or a proper launch video, but either way, we won’t have to wait too long to find out. The event is only a few weeks away, and we can expect to see more of the Ear (2) at the launch time.

While Nothing hasn’t revealed many details about the Ear (2), we do have some information thanks to previous leaks. From what we know so far, the Ear (2) looks similar to the Ear (1), but with some minor changes to the placement of the microphone and some design elements. However, there could be more to the story, and we’ll have to wait until the launch to find out all the details.
In addition to the Ear (2), Nothing has also teased an upcoming product for next month. During Mobile World Congress, Carl Pei announced that the upcoming Nothing Phone 2 would make use of a Snapdragon 8 series processor. While details of this have not been shared or teased, a render of a Nothing speaker found its way online, which could be the product in question.
It’s exciting to see what Nothing has in store for us, and with the Ear (2) launching this month and another product coming in April, there’s a lot to look forward to. We’ll just have to wait and see what the company has been working on and how it plans to disrupt the consumer electronics market.
