Samsung announces the HDR10+ Adaptive feature to improve the HDR10+ experience for viewers. This new feature will be available starting from 2021 in QLED TVs. This feature works with the lighting condition of the room the TV is placed. The HDR10+ Adaptive also works with Filmmaker mode. The HDR10+ Adaptive uses the light sensor of the TV to measure the light in the room.
Samsung using this dynamically adjusts the scene-by-scene depending on the light in any room. In general, the HDR10+ is typically optimal in dark rooms but everyone and every room cannot be dark. This is just a week to the open-source HDR10+ to get the customers of Samsung to have a better view of the picture.
In addition, HDR10+ Adaptive will have Filmmaker mode which is meant to deliver a cinematic experience. This cinematic experience is what the director wants us to view. Samsung also collaborated with Amazon Prime to bring the Filmmaker mode and HDR10+ Adaptive to Prime Customers. All the Prime members can view the HDR content in HDR10+ automatically on Samsung QLED TV.

There is no info on whether this feature will be available in the older version of Samsung QLED TVs. The company has also left no info on the models this feature will be available.
