Tell Google Assistant ‘Eat a 5 Star’ to enter do nothing mode. It actually does nothing.

Would you ever want your assistant to do nothing?

Google Assistant Do Nothing Mode by 5 Star

Google Assistant is a great partner in getting the information we need or doing stuff that we command. As we know so far, the voice assistants do what we say. But Google Assistant’s new ‘Do Nothing’ mode will do the exact opposite. It is so rude and will do nothing but chill.

Cadbury’s 5 Star collaborated with Google Assistant and brought ‘Do Nothing’ mode; to promote the 5 Star’s Do Nothing tag campaign. This mode is available wherever Cadbury’s 5 Star chocolate is being sold, such as the UK, US, India, and more globally. If you live in a country where you can buy a 5 Star, you can enter the mode by telling your Google Assistant to ‘Eat a 5 Star’. Say the command, and it’ll activate the ‘Do Nothing’ mode right away.

Google Assistant is the most reliable voice assistant these days. Do Nothing mode is for Assistant to chill out, but it could actually help you chill out playing with it. It’ll talk to you rudely, make fun of you in a sarcastic way, and whatever you ask, it’ll do nothing at all. For instance, I tried asking it, “Nearest Restuarant?” and it replied, “It’s far enough that you’ll have to wear pants to go there. So let’s order online?

The do-nothing mode is like Assistants eats the chocolate and forget the world around it, just like the people in 5 Star advertisements. Many of the commands have funny and pretty smart responses. But for a few of the questions you ask, it cannot give a proper answer and end up saying ‘hmm.’ Give it a try for yourself and chill out in these challenging times.
